The Number one engine of TV Internet is advertising; nothing indeed is more powerful than that and it is the main reason why massive volumes of audience are regularly switching to the Internet, almost everyday. Everybody is searching for a different TV watching experience and the Internet is surely delivering that. Advertising agencies and large corporations, although widely unprepared at the beginning, are finally finding convenient to take advantage of the Internet and turn it into a cash machine.

Without TV Internet advertising, the concept of TV Internet will be simply not possible. As the technology, would had never turned into what it is today, but also the content that is currently placed on the Internet, would had never found its way to the Web. The number one characteristic of the Internet is interaction and TV internet advertising allows customers and potential buyers to interact, in real-time with any of the ads that appear or pop up right in the middle of the computer monitor. This gives the opportunity of buying products in real-time, or simply to contact the seller right away, without having to a hassle to find a way of communicating, as chances are that a website is offering a chat room, with instant messaging, or a direct e-mail address. This is something very important to understand in order to be able to take full advantage of the Internet that although still not perfect, is by far the best media platform ever created.
